項目簡介

本項目位於茂名市茂南區，總建築面積約為109998平方米。在方案設計階段，通過對多種總圖布局在應對風向、朝向、地形、潔汙流線等方面優劣的比較，得出了現有方案。項目包含門急診樓、住院樓、醫技樓、綜合樓、高壓氧、倉後勤樓等功能。布局上充分考慮了各自的獨立和相互聯系，使其成為一個有機高效的整體。各建築單體大體為南北向布置，針對東南向主導風向，留出開闊場地，為整個院區引入自然通風。在豎向設計上各單體建築沿場地地勢平緩處就勢布置，對原有山體進行局部改造，形成自然生態的景觀區，一方面最大限度地保留原有山體，節約成本; 另一方面使建築與自然山體有機融合，柔和靈動，象征著對生命的尊重、對人性的關懷，同時為住院、康復提供形式豐富的室外活動場所。

Project introduction

The project plot is located at the intersection of Guantai Avenue and Hongfu road in Nancheng District, Dongguan City, with a total land area of 11105.986 ㎡. A Nancheng medical building is proposed as a comprehensive hospital building, including outpatient department, medical technology department and inpatient department. The building area is 26557.475 ㎡, including one floor of underground garage and 15 floors above the ground. The new outpatient department and emergency department are located in the podium of the medical building to facilitate the large flow of people in the outpatient department; The medical technology department is arranged on the ground floor of the tower, while the inpatient department is arranged in the tower, so that the medical technology department is located in the middle of the inpatient department and the outpatient and emergency department, effectively shortening the service distance. The administrative office area is located on the top floor of the building and is relatively independent.
