本項目位於縣城迎賓大道高速路出口至張公橋段北面用地新村，基地內除西南邊為現有的主幹道迎賓大道，其余均為規劃道路。南側和北側為規劃居住用地，東側為現有民宅，西側有現有商業、學校、居住和工業用地。基地內各用地為比較規整的四邊形，現有地勢南邊迎賓大道絕對標高為15.90～17.34米，場地內其余焦點標高在8.49～23.50米左右，相對比較平整。住宅設計體現多元性、合理性與地區環境融合性，具體表現在：

1） 多元性：設計多種戶型以滿足不同層次住戶的需求。本項目有大中小各種戶型，根據不同的景觀需求，戶型設計中以南客廳、北餐廳的通透式布局為主，個別戶型采用北廳布局，使住戶能更多感受室外優美的環境。

2） 合理與舒適性：住宅設計中除考慮日照、通風等基本因素外，還著重考慮分區明顯：從居住的功能和私密性考慮，以人的基本生活規律為出發點，充分保證內外、動靜、晝夜、汙潔分區，符合住戶的心理和生理需求。住宅單體戶型設計中沿用景觀窗；景觀式觀景陽臺與園林結合；首層架空院落設計等。立面設計采用ArtDeco（裝飾藝術）風格建築風格，突出建築的線條感、挺拔感和時代感，體現社區的與眾不同的高檔氣質。

Project introduction

The project is located in the new land-use village in the north of the section from the exit of Yingbin Avenue Expressway to zhanggongqiao in the county. Except for the existing main road Yingbin Avenue in the southwest, the rest are planned roads. The South and north sides are planned residential land, the east side is existing residential houses, and the west side is existing commercial, school, residential and industrial land. Each land in the base is a relatively regular quadrangle. The absolute elevation of Yingbin Avenue in the south of the existing terrain is 15.90-17.34 meters, and the elevation of other focal points in the site is about 8.49-23.50 meters, which is relatively flat. The residential design reflects the diversity, rationality and integration of regional environment, which is specifically shown in:

1) Diversity: design a variety of household types to meet the needs of households at different levels. There are various types of large, medium and small houses in the project. According to different landscape needs, the transparent layout of the South living room and the North dining room is mainly adopted in the design of the house type, and the North hall layout is adopted for individual house types, so that the residents can more feel the beautiful outdoor environment.

2) Rationality and comfort: in addition to the basic factors such as sunshine and ventilation, the residential design also focuses on the obvious Zoning: from the perspective of residential function and privacy, and based on the basic living rules of people, it fully ensures the internal and external, dynamic and static, day and night, and pollution zoning, which meets the psychological and physiological needs of residents. Landscape windows are used in the design of single residential units; The combination of landscape balcony and garden; Design of overhead courtyard on the first floor, etc. The facade design adopts artdeco (decorative art) architectural style, highlighting the sense of line, straightness and times of the building, and reflecting the distinctive high-end temperament of the community.
